I brought a car, because ad said that it was a reliable car and everything work on 2/23/18 and with in that 1st week the brake line broke, orginal owner came and fixed it, then a week prior the engine threw a rod, the orginal owner claimed he did knew any thing was wrong with the car, but told me over the phone that he would help me out, but after i posted my review of my buying experience, he took offense and told me he wasn't going to help me any more, i told him about the ad he posted and that i was going to take him to court, he quickly deleted his ad

You bought as-is. This means you are responsible for fixing YOUR vehicle. Not getting mad when the previous owner won't help out anymore.
